I knew that my utilities, which house mechanicals i.e., HVAC, H20 TANK, gas line, electrical, etc... was roughly 47 feet wide. I didn't even measure to verify especially for the length since I had pre-mounted the curtain bars rather high anyhow... I had a hunch and picked 52 X 84, and as anticipated, it fit like charm and even allows another 3-4 feet below for ventilation - perfect! All while it still obscures the entire mechanical (see images... and FYI, as a Jack of All Trades and Master of Most, I installed all of those items and all held pressure test, and I did all electrical/plumbing, and all wiring are in conduits and up to CODE, etc., and H20 Tank heats fine, etc..., except I had to hire an HVAC guy for the actual HVAC portion) area since it is in the living-room. It also add a nice upgraded high-end look to the apartments. I am so excited and will purchase two more for two other units as I only purchased two the first time. I'd be coming back from time to time to purchase even more. Just please keep the price low so that I don't purchase elsewhere lol.

Perfect fit r a dorm room to be compliant with the room rule. Would have liked the curtains to be shorter in length. I had to pin up the length so the heater in the dorm room was not covered by the curtains

So far they look very nice and well-made, I wish they have texture choices instead of all plain colors. Fire retardant or not, I can't tell but the labels say so.

Needed to cover up ugly shelving at work. But can only use fire retardant materials. I don't sew well and found these ready made and easy to hang. Makes my office look better and stay within the fire code.
