Jelly is pretty tasty. A bit hard to unwrap.

It says I’m suppose to get 10 but only received 4 sticks and the package was damaged.

The KWANGDONG CHOI’s Pomegranate Stick was described as a jelly stick, but it still wasn’t what I had anticipated and to further puzzle me, the usage directions were all in a Korean dialect – in English, the package did state, “Product of Korea.” I was uncertain whether I needed to mix this concentrated gelatin type formula with some liquid substance or just eat the gooey substance as it oozed out of the sleeve. I also had no idea of how often to consume the ingredients in these 10 pouches.Nonetheless, I took the plunge and consumed one of the KWANGDONG CHOI gelatin mix right out of the pouch. My taste buds were simultaneously hit with both a sour and sweet potent flavoring of a pomegranate. The flavoring wasn’t unpleasant just different from anything I’ve tasted before. I don’t know if these 10 servings are supposed to result in noticeable improvement in hair, skin, and nails because I can’t read the instructions to determine the expected duration needed for improvement. Given these circumstances, I probably wouldn’t buy an additional supply; at least not until I can read the directions.

This is certainly an interesting supplement, and snack. It's only 55 calories per packet, and the box contains 10 packets. I certainly appreciate the benefits of this supplement, and being in my mid-40s, could use all the help I can get with my health in terms of my hair, skin, and other such benefits from this superfood. The flavor is a little bit tart, which is fine by me, because I tend to like tart flavors. My wife and I are on the opposite end of that spectrum, as she likes her bananas a little bit spotted, and I prefer them when they're half green. By no means is it tart to the point of making your eyes water, but being tart is to be expected when it's main ingredient is pomegranate. Pomegranate happens to be one of my favorites fruits, so I'm plenty pleased with the flavoring. I have had experience with a lot of Korean products, and generally find them high quality. The one thing that I found a little strange about this snack, is its texture. It really is very gelatinous, but not like the consistency of jello for example, it's quite a bit thicker. I did find it a tad bit difficult to get out of the packet, but once it started to slide, it came out pretty easily. I suppose the texture is something that you get used to, and perhaps it's more common in that part of the world. All In all, I think it's a great little snack to put in your pocket, or in your purse, and have on hand throughout the day. Hopefully the benefits that it claims are true, but that's difficult for me to assess from only having a few of them. I wouldn't necessarily deny it though, as the benefits of gelatin for your hair, skin, and nails has been known for quite a while. Not to mention you combine that with pomegranate, and there are certainly some health benefits to be had. All in all, it's a pretty nice snack, with positive health benefits. What more can you ask.
