The waist trainer corset with latex on the outside while the inside is lined with a soft cloth material. Over time it doesn't get hot because the latex has breathable holes in to help it breath. The lining is also breathable and doesn't irritate skin. Latex corset has a rubbery, smooth feel, but can stretch and move with you. Can totally be worn all day with no problems. If you have always been hesitant about buying corsets and never thought they were worth it, we would recommend this for working out, especially since it has the breathable holes throughout the trainer corset. Definitely going to help your body get rid of the excess weight because you're going to sweat more due to the waist trainer used to make this. And the underbust corset can easily blend under my regular clothes,wear these waist cincher type of things over a thin tank top and still can wear a T-Shirt over it.
