Good cage for my escape artist
The hinges on the top of the cage break easy. With minor rigging my pup hasn’t escaped. Besides the hinges everything else holds up really well.

Some of the construction on this item is poor
The casters will hold the weight of the cage itself but not that of a 90lb animal. I had to remove all casters because the weld where they screw in broke. The weld on the door hinge as also broken after 6 months of use. I trying to find if there was a warranty for this product.

The top had a broken area at the hinge and we got no response when requesting a new crate or recommendation of what to do. My husband was able to rig it so we could use it but for the cost we should have been directed on how to return for a new one

Weak build
Looks like a Sturdy kennel but my boxe4 has managed to break the weld on the top door to the kennel, and bend the grate piece. A little disappointing for what I paid. All in less than a month.

Barely 2 months used and broken already.
As amazing as this crate was supposed to be it’s a waste of money. The bars on the top of the crate have already busted. For how much money it is i expected it to be way better quality. I am not a happy customer.
