We purchased this Tracker Watch, for our son for Christmas and the design and quality were far better than we expected. The ability to track our son and communicate with him will give us the security we were looking for. The sleek and modern design fits comfortably on our sons wrist. The build quality feels sturdy, with a lightweight yet durable construction that should hold up well over time. The watch strap is adjustable and made from a comfortable material, making it suitable for all-day wear. The User Interface Setting up the XYZ Tracker Watch was straightforward, thanks to the intuitive user interface and clear instructions provided in the manual. The app also allows for customization of settings and goals, enhancing the overall user experience. Absolute best electronic I have purchased to date, for my son. I can GPS track via the app, I can call his watch without him knowing and listen in when he is in class or away from home, I can call him video or regular, he can call me video or regular, I can check his sleep pattern, read his texts....plus the install was very easy and the app is user friendly. Thank you Johnny. For being available if need be, but thankfully Tmobile made it simple too. I pay like $20/monh for peace of mind and communication with my dearest one. Amazing, I would give more stars if able!!! :)

I purchased this watch for my baby girl who suffers from anxiety while in school. I have looked at several watches and decided to purchase this watch because I only seen one bad review out of several. Assuming because this watch was more expensive then the other one, what's one bad review? That single review was absolutely correct on everything!!! One when you get the watch there are "printed" instructions on that you have to do. Very first instruction is you have to contact them "immediately" to set up an APN or the watch will not work BEFORE you activate the "required" SIM card. There is a TEL/Whatsapp# that DOES NOT WORK! Then there is an email. I contacted the email and it took FOREVER to get a response. I ended up activating the SIM card, being provided a APN after activation based off my zip code. The SIM activation did state 24 hours for full services, no biggie, I waited. After 25 hours, setting up the required app to run the watched, testing the watch at home, I gave it to my child. Now, while testing watch at home plus linking to my WiFi the watch worked perfectly 👌 however when my child left the house, NOTHING WORKED! GPS was not accurate, calls kept dropping everything my baby called, and the video chats kept telling me no service. Contacted tech support, no response. Contacted Speedtalk and their response was service was good and its the watch. I'm so was to frustrated I contacted Amazon to return. I rather by her a phone linked to my phone carrier then EVER purchase a watch through this company or any other one. No matter what I do, reset, listen to their instructions, etc, it's ALWAYS THE SAME PROBLEM....I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS JUNK TO ANYONE. AGITATED!!!!!!!!

One of the best products I purchased. This one is easy to use and clear instructions. GPS helps to identify where exactly the watch has been located. With the app installed, you can see the information. And you can make the setting of reject unknown call option. With that, my child never received any spam calls. All the numbers have to be properly stored. Then only kid can get the calls. It is much safer option for the kids to avoid the unknown calls. And it has the longer battery. It fits well in their hand and with the less monthly network connection, we can have contact with everyone. Customer service is really good, and they revert back to you if you have any questions. I would high recommend this product for ease use.

Easy to set up and works great! I can track the watch on a map, and the emergency call button is very reliable, dialing up to three numbers until someone answers. Sound quality is excellent, and the $5/month phone service is a bargain. Texting feels a little old-school with the small keypad, and the step counter didn’t work for me, but overall this watch is impressive and a great value.

Great watch in comparison to others we’ve tried. This is the only watch that we’ve found that has correct gps location. The batter life is decent and it seems to have everything my 8 year old needs. Its call quality is also amazing in comparison to what we’ve experienced with other watches. The only drawbacks to note is the set up (which was extremely difficult for us but believe that was user errors), and the app that comes with it has an extensive amount of ads. I think you can pay to have them removed but I’m not willing to spend anymore money on a kids watch. Customer service is great, although response hours are odd since it’s from another country but always super helpful. Strongly recommend trying this one out!

The seller described existence of class mode/silent mode that does not exist. There’s no “do not disturb” function like in other watches and the only way to silent the watch is removing the sound, which is a problem because the watch does not vibrate. All other features seem to work somehow. Battery life is not good, either

This product was purchased for my 10 year old daughter, she really enjoys it. It is great that we can communicate with our daughter without feeling forced to buy a cellphone. I bought this watch for my 8 year old Kid Watch is amazing with good features. I got installation note along with the delivery which was very helpful.. Support executive was always there for required guidance and help needed for any issues in installation. Installation and startup was quite an easy stuff. Watch is good to keep in touch with kid over Whatsapp call Direct call App call etc. I like call restriction facility as well. Watch tracking facility is good. Call back is perfect option Simple to use. So far Nice experience 😃

I bought this watch for my son, and it has performed exceptionally well. It comes with a parent app that gives full control over the watch — including location tracking, text messages, usage time, and many other useful features. It does exactly what I needed, and my son loves it. Both text and voice calls work perfectly. After nearly a year, the watch stopped working. I contacted customer service, and they first offered several solutions. When those didn’t resolve the issue, they sent me a replacement without any further questions. Their professionalism truly impressed me. I highly recommend this product and the company behind it for both the quality of their device and their excellent support.

This watch is a game changer! We were looking for something for our 6 year old daughter for the evenings and weekends (and during summer break) when she's out in the neighborhood playing with her friends. With warmer weather here, all she wants to do is play outside with her friends (which I'll take over screentime any day!!). Not only for safety reasons.... but we would often not know which of her friends houses or backyards she was in, and we'd be knocking on every door to find her at dinner time. When I stumbled across this watch, I was pleasantly surprised with the price and features it offers. We tried AirTags but they were very unreliable. I was then thinking of a Garmin kids watch, but that had a pricetag of $350+. This watch was at the right price point and gave me the piece of mind, that if she lost or broke it, at least we wouldn't be throwing hundreds of dollar down the drain. This product has tons of great reviews and I can attest to the fantastic customer service. You are provided with a WhatsApp contact for support and he is incredible. Very helpful, quick responses, etc. Also, as noted in the description and other reviews, in Canada you can go to Rogers or Chatr Mobile and ask for the cheapest month to month plan. The plan we got is $25/month. I initially was hoping for something cheaper, and from what I understand, there are cheaper options out there, but I was giving my daughter the watch as a gift and didn't have much time to look around. At $25/month, it's less than $1 a day for piece of mind. We will stop the plan at when winter hits and she's no longer outside as often. The best features of this watch are: -SOS button on the side which my daughter can use to quickly call me. -Creating a contact list that limits who she can call -The safety zone setting (where you can set a digital fence that will alert you when your child goes outside the zone/fence). We have ours set to our street, so we know when she's gone too far. -We also love the option to take a picture through the app so we can spy on her haha -And of course the GPS so we know which neighbors house she's at. This is a fabulous product. I highly recommend.
