The slant helps so much with stretching. Great for the calves instead of using a wall. The build is sturdy and durable. Would recommend.

Recommend by my Physician and Physical Therapist the stretch out my Achilles tendon. It works very well at not just that but also stretches out the calf muscles. Excellent price for what it is. Durable too!

Seems very solid and well made. However it is very steep, there is only one setting I would use that is similar to what I use in physical therapy

Works well, well made. It's a bit awkward to take traveling as it doesn't fold completely flat. It came with two additional grip strips.

I just received my slant board, so my review is about the quality. It is sturdy and has multiple degrees of slant. It is super easy to adjust to the different levels.The weight of the slant board is good. The message ball is good. The exercise band is a tube band is a beginner level resistance. In comparison with other exercise bands it feels like a mediocre quality meaning I have other bands with better stretch and resistance. But it’s a good beginner level resistance. The wedges are much bigger than I expected. The reason for 4 stars is due to the fact I have yet to use the product yet.
