Good privacy angle, durable, easy on/off.
I've used one of these for years. This one was for my new MacBook Air. The viewing angle is slim, providing maximum privacy. A few considerations: You'll possibly need to up your screen brightness in some cases. Probably not a huge concern, but if battery life is an issue, just be aware. The top is magnetic, the bottom has some sticky stuff that holds it in place. I tend to leave mine on all of the time, so it's a non-issue for me, but others may want it off to better experience the crispness of the display. The protector does dull the display, no real way around it. It's very usable still, but if I need to do detailed photoshop work, I take it off. Overall, I love this, the magnetic top makes it a breeze to keep on and take off. It's durable, too. Mine sits in by bag if and when I remove it.

Excellent product! Great price, no glare, and a uick.y delivered.
I am so very pleased with this product. I have an iPad Air 4, and read constantly on it. The mate texture really gets rid of glare. The texture works well with the pencil, though I am not an artist. It feels remarkably like paper when using it. I find it very easy to use, though the initial application is typically tricky. That isn’t really a surprise, putting a huge sticker on a screen is hard, but no more so than any other screen protector. The final result though, is wonderful. I am not capable of not dropping things, and this product has completely protected my beloved iPad. The price is great, and it has been 8 months, and no problem. I strongly, cheerfully, recommend this product.

Does what it’s supposed to do!
I’ve never used a privacy screen before but I was going on a work trip and felt it would be worth getting a privacy screen for working in public places. It arrived in perfect condition. I love that it’s magnetic on the top and it fits perfectly. It’s more thick than I thought but in a good way. It feels quite durable. It came with some things to stick it onto the screen as well as some cloths and a folder for traveling. I plan to only use it as a privacy screen so I don’t think I’ll actually stick it onto my computer as a long term screen protector but I feel it would be just fine for that! It dims the screen slightly but that’s kind of the point since it needs to hide the screen past a certain angle. It’s easy to wipe down with a dry cloth to get dust off. It looks nice on the computer since you can’t really tell anything is there. It feels durable and I’m confident it’ll last a long time. I’ve been using the plastic folder/sleeve to bring it with me. I just put it in the laptop slot of my backpack right behind the laptop itself. I did close it with the screen protector on just to see the gap other reviewers have mentioned. I think it’s so thin, it couldn’t be any thinner without sacrificing quality so the tiny gap didn’t bother me, however, since I didn’t use the adhesive, I needed to make sure the bottom part of the privacy screen (closer to the keyboard) didn’t fan out and get bent or stuck. But again, I plan to just use this by itself so I just end up taking the privacy screen off and putting it in the folder when I’m done using my MacBook. I’ve attached photos from the side angles and a video which shows the side views, then vertical (looking down towards the keyboard) and then right in front of the screen. You’ll see that there isn’t any privacy from a vertical point of view but the sides look completely dark! I would recommend this! Pros: Durable, high quality for the price Comes with adhesive, cloths, and a folder Fits like a glove against the MacBook Pro 14” M2 Pro (A2779) Cons: I wish it could protect vertically and from a distance. The privacy only works on the sides. It’d be great to have something that can also protect from someone behind or above you. Please give this a try— you’ll likely find that it suits your needs as long as you’re aware of all the features!

Overall good especially for the price
This is a good price and really easy to install - there's a magnetic strip at the top that clings to the top of the screen. As other have noted, it does not automatically attach at the bottom...it comes with double-sided tape to hold it in place (which I'm not using). Provided the screen is tilted back at an angle, I don't feel I need the adhesive strips at the bottom. The privacy feature seems pretty effective...to me, better than some of the other review photos. The drawback with this and any privacy screen (I suspect) is that it does dim your screen so you need to increase the brightness to full in order to get good visibility. Also the privacy feature by nature makes the screen resolution less sharp. So as others have said, it's terrific if you're going to use it *on occasion* such as on flights, in coffee shops, or any place there are a lot of people and you want privacy. I will only use it for that and normally keep it in its protective sleeve when I'm at home or other places where privacy is no concern. Overall, I'd recommend it, with the caveats mentioned above, which may or may not be an issue for your particular needs and use.

Protects your privacy well but is almost TOO dark for regular use
It works really well! Almost too well! I kept it on at all times for about a month until the dark screen started pissing me off lol. I keep the cover it came with in my laptop case, and I remove it and put it back in the cover when I am working alone because the screen is SO BLACK when it's on. When you want privacy like in meetings or class n stuff, it works crazy well. People always ask me why my screen is so dark or on "night mode". It also makes me feel like I am not destroying my eyes at night when I work in dim light. If i could I would give 4.8/7 stars just because the screen is almost TOO dark for regular use.

Had high hopes.
I had such high hopes for this privacy screen however the lower left corner won’t stay attached to the screen and makes the computer screen appear almost 3D like. While the top magnetically attaches and installs easily and stay out fairly well I’m not sure the issues with the bottom left corner are going to be worth dealing with. It’s also worth noting there’s no instructions on how to install or use the camera covers. Given another chance I wouldn’t purchase this product again.

Try and buy! Very good.
Who needs to work in public locals is amazing, I fell more comfortable to write emails, search things and open documents in public locals because the screen protector don’t allow people by side to look my screen. I had a little difficult because some times the screen protector fall in some angles but I’m trying to understand how to glue the bottom side in the Mac screen. It’s very easy to install, it’s magnetic, so don’t need nothing to do. And protects from scratches and touch. Very good quality

Good protective film, real hard to install
As described & does exactly what I need it to. I was afraid the paper-like texture would be off-putting, but it’s actually really nice. Really helps with fingerprints and smudges, too; you can still see some, obviously, but they’re not nearly as distracting as on the shiny screen surface. Also helps cut down on glare off the screen. I only have to take a star off cuz installation was extremely frustrating for me. I’ll fully admit it was partially user error—I ended up wasting one of the films because I was trying so hard to get dust out from under it, that I really badly creased the film & it caused an even worse bubble than the dust did. But even putting on the second one was difficult, and I *still* creased/dented the film a tiny bit while peeling it back to get rid of a particularly awful dust bubble. Basically, you have to make sure you’re putting the protective film on in a completely 100% dust- & pet hair-free environment, because *something* is going to get underneath it and it is incredibly hard to get out. You have to peel the file back and try to quickly get rid of the offending dust or hair before more inevitably sneak under; you only have the provided “dust removal sticker” to work with and it’s just not strong enough to pick up particles that are already stuck on the sticky side; and you have to do this without creasing, bending, or denting the film, which is really easy to do when you’re trying to hold it back and press the dust removal sticker hard enough to actually get dust off of the film. I bite my nails really short and they still managed to dent the film enough that it’s got a perma-bubble. Tl;dr it’s functional, good quality, and does what’s promised, but installation is tricky unless you magically live somewhere without even a speck of dust and no pets.
