Writing this review after almost 1 year 3 months usage, Everything is good, and low power consumption. Only drawback i found that it is not convertible, rest all good. I bought same black colour, maintaining it is a task, every finger print is very visible,

This has to be the worst fridge I’ve ever encountered in my life. If there were a -5⭐ rating option, I’d happily click it. LG customer service? Yeah, that’s a whole new level of disappointment. From day one, this fridge has been a full-time project. They’ve replaced parts so many times I’m convinced the technicians know my address better than their office does. Want peace in your life? Don’t buy this fridge. If things are going too smoothly and you think, “Hmm, I wish I had some daily drama,” — this is your moment. Buy it. Trust me. You’ll get plenty. After endless calls, arguments, repairs, and involving the legal team (yes, it went that far), Amazon finally took this masterpiece of chaos back and issued a refund. Bless them. Final verdict: Do yourself a favor — stay far, far away from LG. I wouldn’t recommend their products to my worst enemy.

I recently purchased the LG 655L side by side refrigerator and overall, I’m very satisfied with the product. The fridge is spacious, stylish, and works efficiently, making it a great addition to my home. One small disappointment was that it does not come with Wi-Fi or LG ThinQ app support, which I had expected in this price range. Also, the delivery was handled by Delhivery and arrived two days later than scheduled. On the positive side, I was able to get a great deal on Amazon. The listed price was ₹74,990, but thanks to my HDFC credit card discount of ₹15,000 and an Amazon gift voucher worth ₹7,000, I got it at a much lower effective price. Overall, I’m happy with the refrigerator and would recommend it to others looking for a reliable and spacious model, while keeping in mind the absence of smart connectivity features.

Its good product. Your electricity bill will definitely increase. It has some design flaws but its bearable. Make sure when the LG person areives ask them to upgrade the firmware to latest otherwise you will hear strange humming sound and knocking sound.
