This stringer looks like it'll hold up pretty well. The gauge of wrapped wire is kind of thin and looks like it could kink up a bit, so will have to try to keep bigger loops in it when coiling it up. Also being metal it'll make sense to dry it out between uses. Looks pretty durable and should easily hold the 4 to 10 lb steelhead I hope to use it with.

Purchased as a gift for my husband. He is very happy with the quality and durability of this product.

Not as high quality as I was hoping.

This is a nice fish stringer for what I fish for. I like the float that is an added bonus. What I didn't like was the length of cable that it comes with. I bought this for my kayak. It's not a big deal as I cut it to my desired length and re-crimped it.

After I got used to using the stringer, it was really great. A lot of wire line/cable to tie to a tree or bush and still have your fish secure and in the water. Had three large King Salmon on stringer at on time, and had problems getting fish to the truck. Having the float as part of the stringer made it easy to carry the load.

Not great if use in salt. The hook size is great. Perfect for big fish. The cheap "stainless" rusts after one use even with rinse at the dock. The hooks break easily so keep that in mind.
