No dietary supplement is going to completely transform things, but I do really feel that after after three months of this spermidine I feel livelier, and I think I am a bit slimmer. It gives me a kind of sharp, fasted feeling after I take it, which I like, and I think it suppresses my appetite and gives me a bit more energy. I'm very pleased. Thank you! Highly recommend.

With any supplement it's always hard to tell in the short term if it works.First impression is that there is no off putting smell or after taste so that's always a plus as it can be hard to keep taking if you know you are going to pay for it later!Having been taking for a while it does seem to be having some effect - especially as it's been over the winter which is a time of year when I do feel a lot of brain fog.I would say if you are considering, why not try it and see if it works for you.

Definitely feel the effects of this—by far the best one I have tried and seems to work better taking it like this than getting it from chlorella

It’s always very difficult to properly assess the effectiveness of supplements such as this but I’m more that 3/4 way through these and I do feel like my focus and thought clarity had improved. That might be placebo no real way to tell but they are easy to take, have no aftertaste and appear to work!

Could it be the placebo effect at play here? I'm not sure but I haven't really noticed much difference yet so maybe it will take a longer trial before any effects become apparent as it won't happen overnight I guess.I find the capsules to be quite large but then again I struggle to swallow a paracetamol so no surprise there.

I actually had to look up Spermidine as I thought it might be something completely different to what it is. Turns out it's a micronutrient involved in the process of cell renewal. Not what I was thinking at all!Being of a certain age I thought this supplement might actually be beneficial for me so I thought I'd give it a go. It's early days yet but I have to say I do feel weirdly more invigorated and slightly more focused than usual. I am still seeing an old fart staring back at me in the mirror, so no difference there and my blood pressure hasn't changed (although I'm on meds for that so I'm not expecting results there). I am encouraged enough though to keep going with this supplement as I feel it's doing something.The capsules themselves are the standard size and are easy to take. I haven't experienced any nasty side effects either.If you're looking to supplement your diet with spermidine then I'd definitely recommend you give these a go.

Great supplement. I've used spermidine before, but this brand seems to have thebest quality/ dosage/ price that I've found.
