I personally really love the shape and function of this pillow. It gives my neck good support and as I have some neck issues I wake with less pain. Size is good for a standard pillow case, slightly smaller. Didn’t smell too badly of plastic. My gf likes a softer pillow, but for me it’s great. Pillows are so easy to use!

I have been looking for the right pillow for a long time. I have used this for a while now and I have definitely noticed a difference with neck and shoulder pain. It’s super comfortable and I sleep great with this pillow. It’s not very firm but that is my preference.

So we have another one of these from another brand. The other is quite firm, twice the price at $33 and we've had it since 2021. This one is obviously softer, easier to flex, wider and less dense. None of this is bad... yet. There is a definite chemical smell, we will see how long it takes to air it out. Will report back after we use it for awhile.Two of us use this kind of pillow for neck and back pain relief, we both regularly go to the chiropractor. We needed a second and we will see which one we prefer after a few weeks. 😅

This pillow is literally like a cloud while providing great neck support! It holds it shape and is quite durable. It does not flatten out with no smell.

I'm still trying to get used to it. It's not the easiest thing, so don't buy all the words of the advertisement yet. I bought it on sale, so I'm not going to be out a lot of money, but it could be a softer type of foam. It's very well may and the cover is also very well-made with a nice zipper. I'm just trying to get used to it. That's all I can say at this time.

I am a side/stomach sleeper and started getting pain in my neck when I wake up. Bought this pillow a month ago, and I haven’t woken up with neck pain since - partially because the pillow forces me to sleep on my side with proper neck posture.Memory foam is comfortable - only con is that my cat also finds it too comfortable and often hogs the pillow even when I’m sleeping on it. Pillow stays nice and cool and is a decent size.Memory foam does come with a slight chemical smell, but it dissipated after a few days.

If you’re laying on your back, it’s great unless you have nerve damage like I do. I am unable to sleep on my back because my thigh starts burning like I’m next to a bonfire and then my foot starts to fall asleep. I am a side sleeper, so if you utilize this pillow, you have to flip it around and sleep on the bump. However, when you sleep on your side, there’s not that much room between your neck and your head so it doesn’t support it properly. I ended up giving it to my daughter. Amazon really needs to check their independent sellers when putting false information in their descriptions. Considering Amazon is great at providing free shipping, I don’t think they appreciate all the returns that are coming out of their budget because of companies like you that want to take advantage of customers. Not to mention, by you doing dirty, may just cause the rates to go up and go away with free shipping altogether because you the company wanted to be greedy.

This is the second memory foam pillow that I have purchased. It is softer and more flexible than the first one I bought, I prefer this product to the one I already had. The amount of neck cradling is ideal. This purchase was the standard size pillow but I thought the size was really generous. It fills out more than 2/3 of my king pillow case and I thought it was the perfect size to add to my Cal King sized bed. I am very happy with this purchase, it is completely comfortable and I would recommend it to for those looking for a soft to medium density. I also like that it comes with a pillow case that zips off and can be washed. Excellent product!
