Refills for Deutsch Tech connectors. Allowed me to replace wires in an existing connector when I rewired my car. With the required crimper, these connectors and pins are the best! Blown away with the positive locking and speed it takes to use this system.

Impressive machining
I'm not sure what the intended use of these is and they only fit a very small range of wire sizes, but the fit on the machining is amazing. I'm hoping that smaller wires can be soldered rather than crimped because these are very impressive quick disconnects and I don't have crimpers that will work for these, which combined with the fact that I'm not exactly sure what they are intended to do(I mean, I know they are connectors for 12-16ga wire, but they aren't insulated and they don't lock together). They might make excellent replacements for speaker binding posts. Currently my speaker wire is 10ga, but I think I have some 14ga lying around and I do need to replace some internal components, so I could rewire the internal cabling with 14ga, but I probably should do it at a separate time so I can compare the difference each upgrade makes individually. If that goes well I have 3 other pr of speakers which is nearly half of these connectors. Did I mention that they are gold plated and machined to high tolerences. They couldn't operate any more smoothly if coated in butter. Which also means I wouldn't trust them 100% to stay connected anywhere it was critical that they stay connected. I could use shrink tubing, but that doesn't seem like the proper way to do it.Well, they are darn fine connectors that may or may not stay connected in some applications.
