It is so hard to review a product like this, one that hopes to give you cell renewal. How do you tell if your cells are renewing at a better, faster, more improved rate and quality? I don't know so I'll just comment on what I can as a layperson. These phospholipids are easy to take. Even though the sellers page says take 2 capsules two times daily, this product that I am reviewing is a powder. It mixes and dissolves well (I have been using my little handheld coffee frother to mix the product in water), the taste is very mild and not unpleasant. I chug it down and hope that I am doing something good for my aging body.

So I've been taking the supplement for a few weeks now and I've noticed a slight Improvement in energy and focus,. I can't say that the results so far have been monumental, but I believe that there is an improvement. The powder mixes pretty easily in water, although I don't care that much for the taste so I usually mix it with juice- orange juice masks it pretty good. I will continue to take the rest of the tub and hopefully I'll see more noticeable benefits as time goes on, but other than that there's definitely no negatives so I'd say it's pretty good. It seems like it's made from high quality ingredients. It's a little expensive, but if it delivers as promised then it's definitely worth it.

I was excited about this because of the brain boosters in it, and because it’s a powder. I was hoping I could mix it into coffee, but the directions say to mix with a lukewarm beverage. I wasn’t sure if it had any taste of its own, so I tried mixing it into some lukewarm tea. It doesn’t mix with a spoon, really, but a weak milk frother did the trick, and it foamed up on top. It doesn’t really have much flavor that I can discern, so it won’t alter the flavor of what you mix it in. Just to make sure, I tested it the following day in just plain filtered water, and I couldn’t really detect much taste, just frothy texture. I think that’s a good thing, because you can mix it in multiple types of beverages and not have it affect the taste.

The powder stirs in instantly and doesn't settle. There's no flavor except nearly non-existent milky / nutty taste in 8 oz water. The 4.5 gram serving wouldn't be noticed added to any liquid. This is a premium blend of phospholipid targeted (among other benefits) for good digestion. This Phospholipid Synergy Powder seems to be excellent / easy to use - and doesn't upset my stomach The suggested two times daily = 60 serving = 30 day supply.

I really like the main ingredients of this Phospholipid Synergy Powder. However, it unfortunately contains both soy and maltodextrin. I do not tolerate either of these well and they are not healthy.

[UPDATE: This stuff clumps up FAST and becomes a sticky mass despite the dessicant powder pack included. I am assuming the plastic can it ships in is not fully air-tight. I recommend you move the product to a jar with a tight seal as soon as you open it.] I'm quite leery of some of the supplements on Amazon, especially those with no certifications. Even the popular Bulk Supplements brand has some alarming purity info about it online. Fortunately, Return Healthy doesn't seem to be a dodgy brand. It's US-made* and they have a fully-built-out website, diverse product line, no BBB dings, and a LinkedIn presence. Their website says "Quality is very important to us. All of our products are manufactured in the USA and adhere to strict standards of quality. We use manufacturers that adhere to the FDA’s Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMPs)." I do wish there were more evidence of purity on the site. The gold standard is links to third-party purity testing from accredited labs, and Return Healthy does NOT have that, nor is there evidence of the FDA claim. Still, there's plenty of evidence that they're a legit business. As for this particular product, I like it although I haven't noticed much of a difference in my daily experience. It's basically tasteless with a very mild vegetable smell. When blended it adds a pleasant thickness to my drink, like a bit of tapioca flour. Evidence seems to support the theory that phospholipids help with memory and stress. *American-made doesn't necessarily mean pure; I mean, America is the source of most of the PFAS "forever chemical" pollution on the planet.
