Great Little Shredder!
This was my first time buying a shredder for home use. I compared dozens of models and read hundreds of reviews before I made the purchase. This one seemed just what I needed- small enough to manage, yet mighty enough to do the job.It arrived in pristine condition and took just a minute to set up. The instructions were simple to follow. And it works splendidly!I put it on my kitchen counter when using. It tucks away quickly when done. It's not horrible loud.I do recommend reading the instructions and not feeding her too much at a time. I bought some lubricant sheets to help keep her happy and working nicely.I hope my review helps anyone that might be nervous about ordering. I was nervous, but the shredder turned out to be really great!

Compact and does the job
Its a good shredder. Does the job and is priced well. I am glad i bought it. It does heat up after about 20 minutes but if used continuously but u can get back at it once its led turns to green again. Its compact size is an absolute plus!

Good Shredding Power
It can shred 12 sheets at a time. I go under that and shred 6-8 at a time and fed it continuously until it was full within a few minutes. It was faster and lasted longer than my Aviva did. Much better power, esp. for the price point. Paper never jammed in blades and never had to use the reverse feature. Good value. I also like the handle for top removal. I wish the bin was a little taller so I could shred more before emptying it, but that's minor.

Good for light loads
It's fine for personal use if you don't have large bundles to shred or have a lot to shred often, or you're not on a deadline. Does a good job crosscutting into small pieces so it is secure. It also shreds cards and does about 8 or so sheets of paper at a time. The low profile makes it is easy to carry and put away. If I still had small business, I'd opt for a bigger unit though. One downside is the cutting mechanism often jams after shredding about 3/4 of a tub. Quickly switching forward then backward usually loosens stuck bits, if not, I use a metal kabob holder to pick out the stuck bits. (It's too sharp to use fingers.) It's sturdy.

Efficient and tough.
It's really good, and it works really well. I got the 8 sheet version, and it easily chews through credit cards, cardboard, and paper. Overall I'd say it's great, it does fill up pretty fast however. I'd recommend putting like a small trash bag in it. Also, try and shred thin strips of cardboard and make sure any paper you shred is NOT Folded. I made that mistake and had to open mine up in order to actually clean the shredder from inside. A great item, I'm satisfied with it, and definitely buy some oil for it, because the gears start to squeake very much at times. I definitely wouldn't recommend opening it up, there is some exposed electricals inside that are not safe to touch and the motor is dangerously hot if you open it after use. Of course this is common sense, but for those who wanted to know, I do like it a lot. Gonna send the shreds to my sister as bedding too, it's the perfect size.

The little shredder who (mostly) could --(and no sticky residue on mine)
Update: I had a TON of papers to shred. My former hb kept everything and I found two file drawers of stuff that didn't need to be kept but had personal info on a lot of it. Instead of looking through every single page, I have been shredding it all.Yesterday it shredded a LOT of paper before it overheated - I was happy. But today it is shredding much much less before it overheats, which is frustrating. So I don't know what's the difference between today and yesterday. It indicates 6 pages but I'm skeptical - sometimes more than 3-4 sheets and it struggles and sometimes becomes stuck where I have to back it up, go forward, and then try to pull out the paper. It has shredded plastic cards (like credit cards, etc) and photos where I had duplicates that I didn't need. For an inexpensive small shredder, it has done an incredible amount of shredding.--------This shredder is working well without any issues; at least so far so good. It chews up paper and cards effectively. It will turn off if it overheats and it's done that once when I had a lot of paper to shred. I waited at least 30 minutes and it shred again without any problems. This shreds with speed and ease - it's as noisy as I figured it would be so a normal amount of noise you'd expect from a shredder. Easy to empty the basket by just lifting off the top and pouring out the shredded material. The design is minimal - plastic, again, what you would expect from an inexpensive shredder. Seems to have enough power for the job for which I need it.Unlike some reviewers, fortunately I did not have any sticky residue on my machine.

Put it in the shredder!
Works well. The manual states to use it for about 3 minute run time but I've used it for about 20-30 mins nonstop without overheating. For the size and the price its pretty good. I shredded about 5 40l worth of bags once in one sitting and the thing didn't break. It's a bit on the heavy side but that's due to the monster blades in it. I had it get stuck once with a cc card but the reverse feature helped me solve that issue. Has a cool safety feature too, just incase you go and insert your fingers rathee than paper. Cleaning is interesting but nothing a few smacks can't clear out.

Great Shredder for the Price!
Shredder works well for home or small office use. It shreds paper and credit cards efficiently, and the bin is easy to empty. Only downside is that it overheats with continuous use, so you have to give it breaks. Overall, a solid shredder for the price!
