Cheap. Broke when opening out of the box

They were both wrapped in bubble wrap and stuffed into a box. The saxophone was broken. I can't even tell if they were new or not as their was no original packaging.

Very cheaply made. One of the keys broke off seconds after we took it out of the package. Don't spend your money on this item.

Bought it based on high number of reviews and high review score, however I have to say it’s a bit disappointing to see the cheaply packaged and poor plastic components, sounds are no good neither… not recommended as gift… especially Christmas gift (learned it the hard way…)

My son loves all things music and was excited to find these. Within days of receiving them, they started falling apart- not just one, but four instruments! Quoted by my 5 year old “Musical company you are the worstest musical makers in the whole entire world” … said with a sad face. Would love a refund or new instruments at this rate!!

Definitely not worth the price! Bought this for a Christmas present and it came broken but looked like they tried to hot glue it together. Super cheap feeling plastic and doesn’t even make sound when you blow into it! The Dollar Tree probably better quality toys. Do not recommend!!
