Best ashwaganda I have used since I saw a herbalist that made her own, years ago. Definitely kicks in. Some days I combine with their lemon balm tincture.. if I’m having panic attacks and an extremely stressful day. Remember it is an adaptogen so should be used in cycles or not relied upon for everything or overdone as can affect adrenals and hormones like thyroid (I have hashimotos) so use cautiously and do your research but it is amazing for cortisol reduction and anxiety/sleep! I prefer using this combo than taking the benzos prescribed by the Dr if I don’t have to. Very happy with this brand. Consistent!
