This product is amazing. It fits just right for an aching neck, shoulder, shoulder blade, or upper back.

The heat is good. It fits on my shoulders weird. It's almost as if it's not heavy enough to stay put. I find it works better for my shoulder if I turn it kind of sideways, so the bulk of the heating element is laying on my shoulder.

Love it! I had been suffering from shoulder pain and as soon as this heating pad came in, I put it on. Felt like soft warm hands were laid upon me. Heaven. It felt so good. My daughter had been suffering from shoulder and neck pain. I asked her to try this heating and she was amazed how good it felt so I bought her one too. Perfect Christmas gift. I had read the negative comments and I am so relieved that I decided to still make this purchase. I love my neck and shoulder heating pad.

Wonderful! Purchased primarily for shoulder blade pain but feels great on shoulders and neck as well. Love that it has timer (In case I fall asleep). Snap is somewhat difficult to close. That could be intentional to keep it from popping open with movement. Or it's just stiff because it's new and will become easier with use.
