Difficulty getting this thing moving or turning it on
We received this product and cannot get it started it is not moving the brakes are not working there's something really going on with this product we call customer service they are giving us the runaround they have gotten The money now they won't help us get this thing moving it will not turn on something is going on wrong with this Scooter. Looks like it would be an awesome scooter but it won't work

Check the Battery
The speed was fantastic, but the battery was unfortunately not the best. However, I managed to work with customer service to try and fix it. They were quick and offered as much help as they could, but I think I just got a really crap battery. I was given a full refund, shipping included without needing to send it back. If yours isn't all that great, just work with customer service and they will do their best to help.

The seat is horrible!!
I paid nearly $400.00 with shipping and taxes, and the seat is junk!! My grandson who is 150lbs, sat on it and this is what happens! Plus the seat moves, my brother tightened the nuts and it still ends up like this....I was excited to get it, until this happens, and no the nuts were not stripped! Unfortunately the box was thrown away or I'd return it!! Do better Caroma! 😡😡🤬🤬 Now I have to find someone, to see if I can get it fixed, ridiculous to have to put out more money!!
