We like this back belt. It gives good support.

Back pain-support

Bought this for the husband. He loves it because it is light weight, easy to put on, does not cause sweating or itch, and eases the lower back pain. He wears it underneath his shirt, and you can't even tell that he is wearing it. High recommend.

Suggest the Velcro area be enlarged for a more stable connection. Used it for two weeks traveling and it helped significantly. Definitely would recommend.

This is the worst work belt I've owned. There is not enough velcro on the contact points. I work a very physical job that requires me to be on my feet on concrete and steel grating all day. I have to push and lift heavy road boxes, sticks of truss, moving lights, and heavy cables. The velcro constantly fails and the belt falls off. The elastic tightening straps have the same problem with coming loose. It pops off mid-lift all the time at work. This makes it dangerous to use.

First- what was in the box does't look like the listing. The back has a big drop down over the butt. Second the s-m size says 29-39 HA more like 19-29 kiddy size and it doesn't stretch. I'm a 36 and I couldn't even get the ends to touch tip to tip.

Get large if your waist is more than 32".

This is a very nice, well made lower back/lumbar support belt. The material is lightweight, yet study and well sewn; and the velcro is strong. Because I sometimes have low back issues, I have two other belts -- one is heavy duty and quite wide; the other more of a thin belt. I got this because it's in the middle -- slim enough to wear under clothes, yet wide enough to be supportive for ongoing aches and tweaks. So, I appreciate the 'middle of the road' width and support of this belt. My only complaint is that it is on the small side. I measured my waist and got the S/M but really wish I would have sized up. While this belt does close around my waist, it's closer than I'd like. So, if you are in-between measurements or close to the upper limit of the S/M, my advice is to Size Up! Other than that, this is a very good supportive belt and I do recommend it as very helpful.
