Update - March 2019 (purchased a year ago): Once I replaced the standard lock with one that has a longer hasp, I've had no problems whatsoever. I use the locking band to fasten the bag to a steel handrail at work; I also access/re-affix it multiple times a shift.The lock-to-the-handrail strap is a key component; it's heavy-duty nylon-like material, with two steel cables running through it. It's very effective, and even after a year of heavy use, the cables haven't worn through their nylon covering. That's the only potential wear point. This bag is SO GOOD, I'd buy another one, in the interim of any handrail band replacement, if it ever needed replacement at all.This bag is secure, and the best I've seen anywhere, ever.I'm changing my original 3-Star rating (from APR2018), to a 5-Star, because my original rating was mostly due to the lock provided (had to have someone cut the lock - I'd accidentally reset the lock); I've since resolved that (a lock with a longer hasp) and have had excellent performance.The $175 spent was WELL worth it to be reasonably sure my wallet, phone, and whatever else wasn't going to be "lost", no matter where I was in the building; it would take someone with tools to remove.Thanks LocTote!

Love my Locktote bag!! Got it a few days ago and have been using it to help keep my really valuable stuffs in, and it works great! Lock has me a bit worried. But I bought another one just in case!

Love this bag! I bought it for a European vacation and I'm so glad I did. Everyone else in the group had small sling bags or money belts that only had room for some cash, IDs, and credit cards that were also designed with anti-theft in mind. I had room for that and so much more! I never worried about my possessions.

picked this bag up just in time for ACL (Austin City Limits) as they've begun imposing stricter limitations on bag type and capacity --I had no issues passing this off as a standard drawstring beach bag.pros: high quality outer material, good and tight cinching design, chest strap, and the inner zip pockets are a nice touch.cons: cheap lock and unfortunately sized lock rings that make finding an aftermarket lock difficult, a little too snug / small for a day pack, pricey

A bit pricey, but well worth it. I don't have to worry any longer when we attend festivals and large group affairs. Have taken it on vacation, to the park, everywhere. It does glow in the dark, which scared the heart out of me the first time I left it sitting out in a hotel room, at night. LOL

Just received the bag today and noticed that someone tried to cut one of the straps. I purchased the bag brand new from Amazon Prime and it came like this. How did this pass quality control from the factory? The drawstring knots on the inside of the bag were loose and eventually they would have come loose and fallen off my back. On the plus side, the bag is very heavy duty and looks nice.

Its practicality and user-friendliness took a huge toll over its sturdiness. It's way too heavy, way too bulky -especially when folded and way too small for my size (6'3).

This is a very heavy and strong bag probably a better lock safe than a travel locking bag. But the security features, cables and straps are so strong it takes forever to break in and VERY hard to close up. Wish I got the lighter duty one. The only reason for the 3 stars is this will be used limited compared to my other security bags... :(. I was hoping for better.

Non ne vale la pena, costa e non credo sia adeguato il prezzo ai materiali. I lacci sono fissati con un grosso nodo che ingombra non poco all'interno della sacca. Poteva essere rifinito meglio e il lucchetto é pesante per una sacca in tessuto
