Portable Infrared Home Spa | One Person Sauna | Heating Foot Pad and Chair

I bought the sauna for my mother, because she has pain in her knees and back, and she used it everyday since we got it for 15-20 minutes a day. She says that it helps but I was amazed that after I used it, I slept for ten hours straight. This is straightforward to use, and easy to assemble. It gets nice and hot. The experience of using the sauna is very close to the experience of going to the spa, but it is more convenient to use.

Not hot enough

This sauna works very well. Heat levels is easily adjusted and the foot pad can be turned on or off while still using the sauna. It's important to not sauna for too long as you can overly deplete your minerals. It's also super important to stay hydrated during and after, while also taking in electrolytes. I do have concerns that regular use of infrared saunas may be too depleting while also activating pathogens in our systems and possibly negatively affect bone density (just a theory). Still a very cost effective way to sweat.

Just received the portable sauna. It's too soon to give a detailed review since I have only used it twice but my initial feeling is that I really like it. It is light weight but seems to be well made (I will see how it holds up to regular use). It is simple to setup. I couldn't find the instructions when I took it out of the box but was able to assemble without them. I later found the instructions within the plastic wrapping. I will update my review after I have had a chance to use it for a month or two. For now, I am very pleased with this purchase.

Got this last week, seems to work great. Wouldn’t mind if the chair was more comfortable. It’s not the most comfortable chair to sit on especially if you plan on doing longer sessions in this sauna but for the price it gets the job done and you can be creative on how to deal with the uncomfortable seating. Definitely heats up and seems to stay heated at the temperature you select. I’m happy with the purchase, so far so good!

I like it so far. Its easy to set up and you're dripping wet with sweat in minutes! I do suggest you wear socks for the foot pad because it gets really really hot! I gave it 3 stars because 1. A part of my directions seem to be missing, like it told me how to set it up, but not how to take it down, it's seriously cut off mid-sentence! 2. The seat is very uncomfortable, it stabs me in the legs and leaves marks, and there is ZERO back support, I tried adding a small pillow behind me, but that's where a lot of the heat comes from, so my pillow just got very hot and I wasn't sweating, so I just removed it. If it weren't for these things I'd have given it 5 stars. Debating on returning it, but since it's suggested that you only use it for 30 minutes 3 times a week, not sure if it's worth the hassle!

I bought this for my northern house. Takes a little longer to heat up than other brand but love that it doesn’t collapse and it shows temp. Would def buy again

beware I only used this maybe 10 times and the plug caught on fire .
