Plesantly surprised!
I was not sure what to expect when purchasing this phone as I have had previous problem buying a phone on amazon but I took a chance and it paid off. The phone arrived earlier than expected. So far so good, I only use it for basics but I do like the quality of photo's it takes. A good phone and not bad for the price. I had seen a refurbished phone for the same price I bought this one for.

It was not I have expected. The phone was faulty from the first day when I charged- heated too much. After 4 month started to block. Could get my money back. Don't recommend!

Buyer beware
Its genuine, its in a sealed box but what looks new is not necessary new. Mine was 15 months old so the Samsung warranty expires in June. So if this is important to you then look elsewhere and probably pay more. Even then I suspect you will be lucky to find this model actually new. Remember once the S10 came out people no longer wanted this older model hence traders were able to buy them up at discounted prices in bulk. You do get the standard traders 1 year guarantee for whatever that is worth seeing as a lot of web traders nowadays are here one day gone the next. Buying a S9 after the S10 was released is a gamble which could leave you seriously out of pocket should the worse occur. A little more honestly from traders about the real age of there products would be appreciated.

I had an issue with shipping and dates. The customer service was fast and helped a lot. Very nice experience with them. Also, the phone worked great.
