Use the shiny side without pulled hair to stiple the extra wax off your skin. I bought this on a recommendation from a friend after trying Sally Hansen’s Sugar Wax most recently and their hard wax in the past, both of which were incredibly wasteful and painful to use. This wax is easy to prep because you just pop it in the microwave. The formulation makes the wax consistent, easy to apply, and easy to remove. I used it to do an at-home Brazilian and wax my underarms. It got all the hairs on the first pull and the wax pulled them out by the follicle, meaning hair-free for longer! This is my go-to wax now! Helpful Tips: • Isopropyl Alcohol to clean the area to be waxed (helps avoid inflammation of the hair follicles aka little pimples after waxing) •Generously use baby powder so the wax adheres to hair and not skin • Purchase extra wooden sticks to apply the wax • You may have to reheat the wax depending on how quick you are at waxing (you’ll get quicker with practice!) it’s not as effective once it starts to cool down. • twist the applicator when dipping into the wax to help minimize potential mess • any pieces of wax remaining will come off in the shower with a little scrub Hope this helps!

It took forever for the wax to melt into a usable consistency. Even then, it was only partly usable. I guess I'll have to wait for my waxing place to open.i think it was a quity product, just too hard to use and not for me.

This takes a really long time to heat up and the texture is off after multiple times of reheating

I purchased this for my eyebrows. It is definitely the best wax I have used. It is so easy to remove, and doesn't leave my skin red and irritated the way wax normally does. I am taking off 1 star because I needed to buy additional applicators. It only comes with 2 big ones, which were way too big for eyebrows, and they are wooden, so the wax stays on and they cannot be reused. Also, it takes way longer to melt than what the instructions say, and only the very center melts. I have yet to get the whole container melted, even with being in the microwave for 4 minutes. It's also very stringy, so be careful that the wax strings don't end up on hair you want to keep. I know it all sounds negative, but it honestly works so well, I will continue to buy this brand in the future.

Wow! I’d been a hot waxer with strips for years and stopped because I felt it wasn’t helping my hyper pigmentation. Moved to creams which worked until as I aged the hair became more stubborn. I felt this product was easy to use, not too messy and convenient with the microwaveable feature. And it WORKED. Very pleased.

For some reason we haven’t been able to find a hard wax we’ve used for years annd years on my husbands eyebrows which lead me to hunting for a new brand. Unfortunately, we’ve been thoroughly disappointed up until this point! I actually think this particular brand is superior to even the OG one we had been using for years and years! :-) It works similar to all other hard waxes yet has a way to leave your skin feeling almost moisturized in place of the pull!!!! We both really like it! So, it’s now our NEW FAV!

It's my first time ordering this product and also the first time to use strip-less wax. I was a little bit nervous at the beginning. Yet after a few tries, I got used to the texture and learned to spread it quickly and evenly (still I think it's better to keep it away from eye area, aka, not for eye brows). I must say this is the best wax I have ever used. It really works on very short hairs. Just a few tips. 1) spread in the direction of hair's growth and press down a little bit to help the wax "grab" the hair. Be generous when spreading the wax. Don't spread it too thin. 2) wait until it's completely hardened to peel. It usually takes 10-20 seconds. 3) peel in the opposite direction of against hair's growth; and press the surrounding skin when peeling. This product is designed for multiple use. After each usage, let it cool down naturally and put it in a dry and dirt free place. I have re-heated it several times already and every time it's just working like new. So one box can last very long.

It takes about 5 minutes to warm the wax ,but it works great .Short hairs not a problem . I like this wax .

Hairy Italian girl here. This is the ONLY wax that worked on me and I’ve tried many. Heat up for about 4 minutes, 2.5 isn’t enough. Also, watch tutorials on hard wax to make your life easier before use. Alcohol wipe, baby power, how to apply etc. Package came damaged but over all worked great.

This product takes forever to warm and stretch, but once you achieve it, it works quite well and did not cause any skin irritation.

Works on the shortest of hairs with no irritation to the skin . Only downside is the heating time. Def recommend this product .
