This was very easy to program and also find someone to cut keys for a very reasonable price!

Worked Great have to have Custom Cutting
Replacements great price and worked perfect so far. Be aware these require a special laser cutter to cut to the original key. Make sure you have a locksmith that can handle that.

GREAT FIT!
The remotes were easy to program, and for the actual key, I went to ACE Hardware and they were able to get it cut. As long as you have the original key it can be done. Programming as well, easy to program had no difficulties whatsoever.

Worked PERFECTLY!
The local locksmith guy was sjeptical when I mentioned what we were trying to do but was will to help. While he was cutting the second key ($20 ea., not bad) I tried out the first one and it WORKED! So less than $75 for TWO new keys! 😃

Wrong item!
Although the description says ours the correct thing for my car, it is not. My local locksmith said the code is not a known code. I had to order the appropriate fob elsewhere

Works instantly!
Works instantly for my 2014 Equinox (in Canada). Key release button is slightly smaller than my original key fob so it took me some time to try fit the old (bigger) key into this new one, but once it’s resolved, programming only took one minute: start the engine with the backup key, turn off, within 10 second, start it with new key, let it run for one minute, then all is done!
