Anthony's Organic Cacao Cocoa Nibs, 2 lb

Highly recommended cacao nibs from a brand which we have learned to trust and always delivers high quality at a reasonable price. So good for heart and overall general health, many other plusses such as organic and sugar free, great straight out of the bag, pop a few in your coffee, and wonderful for baking. They are easy to use and require no prep. Just be aware that the texture is unlike the usual forms of chocolate you may be used to, and there is no sweetness. Very slight possible downside is that cacao nibs are best (most nutrient dense) when raw, and there is no mention on the package whether these are raw or minimally processed.

These are absolutely delicious and I love that they're organic. The size of the nibs is perfect so they can be evenly distributed. I mostly use them every morning in my yogurt. It adds a great texture and crunch and you'd swear you were eating chocolate chips but it's just pure good-for-you cacao! I've also had them in pudding, on top of ice cream, and with a banana.

I love the fresh cacao aroma of these nibs. They give a pleasant chocolatey taste to my chia pudding or cashew butter custard. I am usually leery about products that focus so much on quantity to give the impression that you are getting great bang for the buck however, even though these provided a great price for the volume I decided to give these a shot and I was very impressed with the high quality of these nibs. I enjoy tasting the notes in fine chocolates so it would be fun if they were able to say where specifically they were grown so I could try different bags out and see the difference I can pick out. Obviously, since cacao nibs are just broken cocoa beans there is no sugar and have a bit of a bitter flavor naturally. Since the cocoa butter is not removed from the nibs though the bitterness is not nearly so potent as cocoa powder on its own. I love using these for my homemade granolas and puddings. They give such a pleasant taste and texture and since I seek to have minimal if any sweet in my food this has been one item I keep stocked. I've been going through bags of these for over a year.

Prompt arrival, well packed, good value. Cacao nibs make a delicious treat. The nibs are easily chewable, or can be savored while drinking coffee or tea. Cacao can be used in recipes, and provide health benefits, while you decide on the type & amount of sweetness to add.

I have had several different kinds of cocoa nibs, and these are by far the most chewable and delicious by far! These have such a great bite and don’t feel like they’re going to borderline break my teeth. I have kind of sensitive teeth. Good size chunks, comparatively to what else I’ve tried, I am sold forever. In addition to all this, a really great price! Yes, it is a lot. Keep in the fridge/freezer for more in frequent usage and it’s gonna last a long time.

Love that it’s organic and it comes in a 2lb. bag. Great taste and blends pretty well in smoothies. There is a crunchiness after blending; but, I don’t mind. Very easy to use in smoothies.

Amazon says I have ordered this 49 times so it is obviously our go to product. We have tried other brands but Anthony’s has the best flavor and consistency. Unfortunately the price has climbed from below $20 to $30 so it is becoming unsustainable for me ….. I may go through withdrawals :) I know all chocolate is going up due to reduction in cacao bean harvest so it just sucks
