This is a non-stick, breathable bandage that stays on all day.
A fall while walking my dog resulted in a fairly large, deep gash in my forearm Regular gauze bandages stuck to the wound and were difficult to apply by myself because they had to be taped in place. . The Medrull Ultra Pore Adhesive bandage is non-stick, breathable and comes with adhesive all the way around the gauze, making it a lot easier to apply with just one hand. Since it is breathable, it prevents the wound from being too moist while still keeping it clean, promoting healing. I plan to use this bandage whenever possible in future.

Surprisingly Good
I bought these to cover a wound on top of my foot. They adhere very well, for over 24 hrs, are waterproof, and flexible. These are on par with Bandaid or Nexcare brand, but less expensive. I would definitely recommend these.

Reasonable adhesive bandages. Little pricey.
I am an orthopaedic surgeon and use variations on bandages like this all of the time. I decided to try these out for Amazon Vine. The quality of the materials (pad and adhesive) is certainly reasonable - we tried it out an a cut on my wife and it held up just fine. The description touts the fact that this is “non-woven” and I'm not really sure that that matters one way or the other, but both the gauze and the adhesive bandage seem to be made of reasonably good quality materials. I wouldn’t hesitate to use these.Which brings me to my issue; the price. When I saw that these were $0.5 each I thought this looked expensive, and a search of 4x4” adhesive bandages on Amazon confirmed this. Almost all of the other products were $0.30-40 apiece.I don’t have a problem with the product, but if I was buying this type of bandage I would go with something cheaper.

Waterproof, adheres well, and feels comfortable to wear
I tested one of these Ultra Pore dressings on my knee overnight to see how well it could stay on while I walked around and slept, and I'm impressed by the results. The size is large enough that it provides full coverage for the entire knee and there's enough adhesive around the pad to secure it without gaps or crinkles. Although the dressing didn't feel stretchable when I first took it out of its sterile wrapper, it proved to be flexible enough that I could walk, go up and down stairs, sit, and bend my knee without the dressing tugging at my skin or feeling uncomfortable in any way. The only time that I felt it tug at my skin was when I lay on my belly to watch TV in bed and lifted my legs. Other than that, I had full range of motion without any discomfort, and the dressing stayed adhered. I slept with the dressing on and the only change in the morning was that the two rounded corners on the top had curled up slightly (and I was able to tap them both back down). I wasn't sure from the description whether these dressings were waterproof or not, so I showered with it this morning and saw that water beaded up and rolled off. I removed the dressing after drying off and checked the cotton pad underneath and found it to be completely dry, so yes, these are waterproof! They do tug at the skin and hair a bit when removing them, but not nearly as much as conventional dressings do. The bottom line is that these large dressings are soft, comfortable to wear, stay on well, don't stick to the wound, and can be showered in. I think the current price ($13.45) is an excellent value for 25 large sterile waterproof dressings !
