This is a game changer for me. My mother gets bed head and she’s horrible to wash her hair. I used the caps on her in the past and with her dementia they trigger some cranky behavior. This works so well and I can keep her hair fresh now.Highly recommend this for care takers of elderly.

I've used this for a few days now. If you're looking for something that feels like you really washed with shampoo, this is not it. However, it did refresh my hair and scalp. This has a very faint unobtrusive scent. I purchased it because my head sweats a lot when I take my dogs out for their daily walk. Dry shampoos don't tend to work with sweat, so they weren't an option. This is very liquidy, you rub it into your hair and scalp so that your hair is thoroughly wet and then you towel dry. I've read reviews where users stated it left their hair oily. I'm assuming maybe this is a function of the hair texture? Fortunately I did not have that problem. It left my curly hair feeling conditioned and refreshed. I was able to put my regular products in my hair afterwards. If you have a lot of hair, long hair, or thick hair then you will end up using a lot of this product. This is convenient for on the go because it works in minutes and it really does not take long to do the towel drying.

Recommended.***The Long Version***I actually bought this stuff intending to bring it to Burning Man this year (2019), but then decided that I should give it a test run.I'm a professional dancer, one of the single sweatiest people I know (seriously: I finished a show last night looking like I'd just fallen out of a boat), and my hair tends to get oily after a couple of days without a wash. I decided to test this stuff in the middle of a week of long rehearsals during which I'd opted to bathe rather than showering.Honestly, my expectations were low. I figured my hair might come out smelling a bit more fresh and looking perhaps a bit less dishevelled. That would, to be honest, be enough for me at Burning Man.This stuff blew those expectations out of the water. My hair actually looks, feels, and smells clean after a "wash" with this stuff. Who knew? (I mean, besides the product engineers who probably spent a ton of time getting it right. I hope they know how good their product is!)I've since used it a couple of times to freshen up when I had to go straight from rehearsal to a social event without time for a real shower, and it works a treat there, too.I'm not sure how long I could delay properly washing my hair by using this stuff, nor am I at all sure how it'll play with the alkaline gypsum dust of Black Rock Desert ... But I guess I'll find out, and I'll report back.One last note: this product has a kind of chemical smell when you apply it which dissipates as you dry your hair. It leaves no particular scent behind. I don't find the initial smell offensive, nor does it cause my respiratory system (which is really paranoid and overreacts to a lot of harmless things) to freak out, but if you tend to react strongly to the smell of things like fragrance-free makeup removers, you might have trouble with this.Anyway, I continue to be pleased with this stuff, and I'll probably continue to keep a bottle around for times when a shower isn't in the cards.

I have long, thin hair and an oily scalp and my hair felt soft and looked pretty clean after using this. It took me a while to sufficiently towel dry my hair and I didn't like that I needed to rub it so vigorously with a towel. I'm used to gently drying my hair with a towel then letting it air dry completely, and thoroughly rubbing it with a towel like this left me with a lot of tangles. The main problem for me though is the scent of the product. To me it smells like an unpleasant combination of baby powder and something medicinal, and the scent lingered until I washed my hair the following day.

I currently have a herniated disc in my lower back that makes it incredibly painful to sit, stand, and walk. Taking a shower has become one of my most painful tasks and I have been avoiding them back because of the pain. However, I hate being dirty so I started looking for something I can use in bed and I found this. This stuff is amazing! I was concerned because I have thick full hair and the reviews only showed thinner hair. I will admit, the first time I used this it didn't work well. I realized later that I just hadn't toweled it enough so I tried it again and these are the results. Now, it did take me over 30 minutes (maybe close to an hour actually) but I was able to do it laying down in bed with no pain and my hair is much cleaner. I hadn't showered in over a week so it was very oily and gross, no volume at all just flat oily grossness, and in these pictures you can see how much better and cleaner it looks. I very much recommend, but just know, if you have thicker hair it's going to take a while to towel dry your hair (and they mean dry dry, not just a little run through).
