I started taking L-Lysine supplements to help with my cold sore outbreaks, immune system and overall wellness, and I can honestly say they make a difference. They’re easy to take, gentle on my stomach, and I’ve noticed my skin looks clearer and healthier since adding them to my routine. I also feel like I recover faster whenever I start feeling run down. Definitely a supplement I’ll keep in my daily lineup! The only down side for most people is that the pills are quite large. Some find them hard to swallow!

This is a product that i use for health benefits to supplement marine collagen to have a full array or amino acids, as L-lysine isnt present in collagen It really helps my weight training and strength straining The ingredients are simple. It has no smell. It is a rather large pills. Keep that in mind. I did not see an effect on my skin or sleep quality

I would not go without this supplement. Our bodies need it and we cannot produce it. It strengthens your immune system as well as many other health benefits. I use to get cold sores all the time and terrible colds all the time, as long as I don't get to lazy in taking it everyday, it helps tremendously in keeping them away. A few yrs ago, had gotten shingles, which is nothing you want to experience. It was after that, that I started taking L-Lysine. As soon as I would feel that little tingles and pokes from the shingles trying to come back, I would take a couple, and the symptoms would stop. I haven't felt anything related to shingles since then. It works excellent for me. If I had any health issues I would definitely check with doctor first. It is all natural but with certain circumstances some may not be able to take it. It is well worth doing your research, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Too soon to tell results, however benefits sound great for post-workout recovery. This is a great brand and I went with 'Now' after much research. I take multiple supplements from this brand with great satisfaction. Very large tablet. May be difficult to swallow for some, especially if broken in half.

I take lysine daily and these have continued to keep me free of any cold sores or lip issues. Great price! Best I've found

Good price for Lysine tablets. Tablets are a bit big, but to be expected given dosage. Recommended.
