This product is ok for what it does, but I’m having to leave a bad rating due to the fact it nearly choked me. The issue is the little tube and nozzle that is supposed to get the product in not your lungs, is actually very loose. So when you press the dispenser, there is a chance the tube will fall out just at the point you are taking a deep breath. I actually inhaled this tube and had it stuck pretty deep. My wife hit my back and fortunately dislodged it, but it was a scary few moments. My recommendation is to ditch the tube. It means it won’t spray as much, but it’s too risky otherwise. Should be recalled and a normal nozzle that doesn’t fall off used in my opinion

I bought them for my brother in law and he says they really clear his chest

Didn’t see a difference, nothing to report aside a pleasant taste.
