Works great
Perfect cord length for where I needed it.

High Quality, needs right angle plug.
Perfect for what I needed this for. I trust Tripp-Lite to protect my electronic devices from lightning surges. I wish the plug was the right angle type for installation behind furniture, etc.

Never had an issue
I have about a dozen of these in my house for the last 5 years. They've all done the job well and never failed or had any damaged equipment. Relatively cheap and last a long time.

Fits my needs at a great price
I had three main things that I wanted in a power strip:(1) A switch so that I could easily connect/disconnect power to the units plugged into this (I have some items that I want completely unpowered when I'm not using them)(2) Outlets oriented to accommodate multiple transformers with plugs that stick out 90 degrees from the outlet (like this one )(3) A product that wasn't overly expensiveThis strip works perfectly for me. The power switch is lighted and good sized, making it very easy for me to see and flip with my toe while I'm seated at my desk. One of my right-angle transformers is large enough that a three-prong plug won't fit next to it, but a two-prong works just fine. Prices fluctuate (I bought it at $7, and it's $8 as I type this), but full retail on this is on $12. A great bargain if you ask me.I can't speak to the surge protection aspects as (a) I haven't had a surge since buying it and (b) I actually have it plugged into another surge protector. The reason that I have it daisy-chained in another strip is that this doesn't have a right-angle plug to go into the wall outlet, and I have a desk pretty close to the wall so I need a flush fit. So, the one drawback to this strip is that it doesn't have a right-angle power plug, but that's easy for me to overlook given the pros. (Note: daisy-chaining power strips can be dangerous, so do some research if you plan to do it - my devices are very low current, so the risk is low). For about the same price, you can get this same strip with a 6-foot power cord (the TLP606 ) in either white or black.Overall, highly recommended.

Black looks good. Works good.
For my application, I shortened the cord on this and put on an angle plug. The problem I always have with surge protectors is what to do with the 6-feet of cord that nearly all of them have. Of course I voided the warranty by changing the cord length, but that's okay. I don't have anything super valuable plugged into this strip. This unit also looks good with my stereo equipment. I had a white one of these I purchased in years past, but it wasn't blending with the other electronics. I guess I may someday know if this works right in a big voltage surge, but for now its supplying consistent power to a number of components.

Good surge protector for a great price
I've been using this power surge protector for quite some time now and is still working great. I needed one with a shorter cord. When I need others will definitely be ordering from this seller.

Buen producto

Extra long cord
I bought this because of the extra long 15-foot AC input cord. Daisy chaining power strips or adding a power strip with an extension cord is a fire hazard. I needed a power strip that could handle the distance. This power strip is exactly what I needed and works well.

Great price compared to everything I've seen in stores around ...
Great price compared to everything I've seen in stores around here. I was a little concerned that given the price, it would be cheap quality but it seems to be holding up very nicely. I've been using it for my tv/game systems in my bedroom and it's worked wonderfully well. We had a storm the other day and there was a surge.. this protected everything very nicely. I will definitely purchase a few more of these to replace my older power cords.

Just what I needed!
I needed a long cord for my computer and a good surge protector. This product was just what I needed. So far it works well and I am happy with it. I haven't had the power go out while using it so I can not comment on if it actually protects. But I believe it would. It seems well made, not cheap. I would recommend this product.
