Very disappoint there are no instructions and they go out wards so they don't even really curve to my teeth plus they are so bright white that they stick out and they only sit in the tip of the tooth so it makes me feel that even if I got them to fit they wouldn't seem like they would stay for long.

They look like something I would get in a quarter machine! Wish I could rate it less then 1 star. Don't waste your money
