Works well. No cons as of now.
Had these installed for a few months now. Adhesive seems to still be holding just fine but was not super sticky to the point you could pull and reposition it. Pretty straight forward install they just fit and stick! Material is relatively thick for a visor not going to easily Crack or snap unless blunt force hits it. They looks pretty sharp. No unnecessary logos or and branding. Value is pretty good not crazy expensive yet not super cheap and flimsy.

Cheap
Bought these for my 2004 F-250 super cab, the back ones fit fine but the front ones where to long to fit the window, they have almost a sharp edge to them and it wouldn’t line up with the mirror. The material was also very flimsy and cheap, it almost looked like they would fold in the wind. Overall wouldn’t recommend

Your extended cab pop out windows will not be able to open
They looked really nice liked the low profile until I noticed that my extended cab windows will not open due to the low profile design. If you don't ever open them then this shouldn't matter cause they fit nice.

2008 F250 super duty
The 3M adhesive strip is applied to the wrong side of the shade. It needs to be on the outside facing away from the glass, like the old shades that I was replacing. Otherwise, the shade sticks to the window.I waited for a warm day to install these, so the return window has closed.Expensive trash.I guess I can try buying more adhesive tape and applying it properly, which I shouldn't have to do!
