Really happy with this supplement. The D and K combination is convenient and the capsules are easy to swallow. No aftertaste and arrived in great condition. Feels like a reliable, good-quality product. Would buy again.

Only time will tell about the vitamins and how effective they are. But they look very good, sound like there the business and clearly branded very well. I have purchased other supplements from nutrition geeks which I have found to be very good. There are great value for a full year's supply, really small and easy to take, so far so good. Apart from...the packaging looks great, really smart, but in my opinion a bit rubbish! Looks the business but practicality wise could be much better. Yes they are resealable, but there fiddly to open, seal shut again and stand up, but maybe theres a reason why all the competitors use little tubs with lids? Couldn't count how many times the packaging has fallen over before ive sealed it back up and ive had tablets everywhere! Just something to be mindful of.

Lovely, compact little pill that’s easy to swallow, which I really appreciate. It contains a good range of vitamins, making it feel like a well-rounded supplement rather than something overly basic. I do think 4000 IU is quite a high dose for the average person, so I personally take one every other day instead of daily, and that works perfectly for me. I’ve found this approach still gives me the benefits without feeling excessive. Overall, a convenient and effective supplement that’s easy to fit into a routine.

Although this is a very good supplement to take, unfortunately I have experienced a sudden acne breakout, and I have come to the conclusion it was this very supplement that was the only new change I had introduced recently. I think the strength is too much for me, and after some extensive research, found that too much vitamin D over the daily recommendation can cause breakouts!

I had been low in Vitamin D, revealed by a blood test. Finding these supplements I decided to use them in my diet. Remembering that Vitamins ADE and K are fat soluble I made sure that I took one each day with a meal containing fats. Many months later I had the blood test repeated, over a winter period as well, very little sunlight, my results came back and I was informed that my levels had gone to the higher side of healthy. Not meaning that they were high, but in the very good range of being normal. Nothing else had changed in my diet. Even though my diet could be considered to be healthy, and it is, I still had not got enough Vitamin D without supplementation. The Vitamin K2 levels, and type, seems well balanced with the Vitamin D3 in these combined supplements. The tablets are small and very easy to swallow, they do not get stuck and have zero after taste I am male, white and 60 plus in age. I hope that you have found this helpful.
