I take zinc supplements to support my immune system during the cold and flu season. I generally take just zinc, but this multi ingredient product from Vibrant Naturals peaked my interest.Each bottle contain120 capsules. Each serving is 1 capsule, making it a 120 day supply. I personally prefer capsules overtablets and find them easier to swallow. The size of the capsule is good (see attached image). I like that this product formulation contain additional ingredients (Copper and Selenium). I also like that the product is made in North America (Canada). The third party testing is a plus for me.Overall, I think this is a quality product and a good value. I will take it until I run out.

When taking mineral, not all can be just put together without sometimes interfering with the others on a chemistry point of view. When I was doing hydroponics, where you have to feed the plants through the water they are in you have to add a variety of supplements just like you have to do to yourself. And in the process you have to add some ingredients and let them fully absorb into the water and level out before you add another that may interfere with that process or bind to it. This product has three key minerals put into a format that works well together into and by your body so it can be better assimilated. And it is nice to see a 120 capsule count instead of the wasteful and higher priced common 30 or 60 capsules per container which never made sense to me other than for greed of low quantity and high prices.

We ordered these 3-in- 1 mineral complex for me to boost my energy levels and immunity as I have not been sleeping well. I have been taking these capsules for the last several days and I really like the size of the capsules as they are pretty easy and comfortable for me to swallow. Another thing, I like that these Zinc, Selenium and Copper supplements come in capsules form as they don’t have any bitter taste like regular tablets. I do like that since I have been taking the supplements I have started to notice an increase in my energy levels, especially if I manage to sleep well at night. I will continue to use them for the next few months and I will update this review if anything changes.

I like that these 'Vibrant Naturals Zinc, Copper & Selenium Mineral Complex' capsules are manufactured in a cGMP facility and are 3rd party tested. And I like that these capsules contain what are considered good forms of zinc, copper, and selenium. But I don't like that there isn't a cGMP logo on the actual bottle.As with any supplement, you should research all of the ingredients in these capsules for possible side effects, or interactions with other medications you might be taking; or ask your doctor.

The media could not be loaded. I find taking zinc helpful especially during the winter cold/flu season. Since I just got "dinged" with a nice little head cold, I decided to stock up on some zinc. I found this offer from Vibrant Naturals with zinc, copper, and selenium.They come in smaller than average capsules. To me, they had a slight blue/green tint inside the capsules. It could have been my lighting or the copper, I'm not sure. I don't really notice any smell to them, nor did I have any aftertaste.The bottle had good plastic wrap, inner seal, and desiccant pack.Their serving size is one capsule daily.These are what I was expecting and I think they're reasonable for a 4-month supply.
