Sizing wrist band was difficult
Love the look and feel of this watch. It comes with a little tool to remove pins holding wrist band together in order to remove extra links and shorten band to fit. The tool had 3 pin-pushers to remove pins in wrist band but it was so hard to get them out that I broke the little tool. I just took it to a jeweler and he sized the wrist band for me for $10.

Watch stopped working
Purchased the watch on June 27 of 2022. Watch stopped working in July 2023. Watch has a 2 year warranty on it. Have tried to call number for support and number does not work. Have sent 6 emails and the only reply I get is "Thank you for your message. We acknowledge receipt of your request and wish to inform you that our support team is currently reviewing it. Rest assured that we will provide a response to your query within 24 hours". Have not received anything else. Don't waste your time or money on this watch.

you could adjust it for your fit
i love my watch and the tool that comes with it came in handy because i needed it to remove a couple of links so it could fit better on my wrist and it was not hard too use and it has the days of the week what a wonderful watch for the price i would recommend it

Fancy but not over the top.
I wear this watch every day. I like it because it matches with my wedding band and it's fancy. It has not tarnished or broken. I had to take it to a jeweler to get links taken out when I first got it.

Read reviews before you buy …
Thought I was going to love this watch, and I do, somewhat. Just be aware, although you do not have to mess with charging the watch every night because it needs to be charged every 2 to 6 hours to work (had a few I tried because advertising by some vendors is not correct and they never mentioned that fact), but because the day and date are way too small to read! I even ordered a magnifying glas and still can’t read it! I am revising and will keep it for now and if it keeps acting up, I will return it then.
