I've been using my Ring Air for a week and it's very comfortable now that I'm used to it. I much prefer using it to a smartwatch, it's much more discrete and not trying to alert to everything all the time.Pros:- Excellent battery life- The app is really good- Can send data to Google Fit- Stylish- No subscription. Oura are thieves for charging that.- Great sleep insightsCons:- It takes longer than I would expect to charge- The app sends more notifications than I'd likeOverall, I'd pick this everytime over a smartwatch and I also think it's currently the best fitness ring available. There's no chance I'm paying Oura for a ring AND a monthly sub.

So first impressions after 24 hours: I bought the sizing kit, it said size 11 so that is what I ordered, some reviews say the sizing kit is not accurate, it was for me, fits perfectly. Pairing, tried 4 times but would not pair 😕 googled it said put your phone more or less on top of the charger, did that paired immediately. Started the app, not a lot to see 😕 went to bed disillusioned, woke up and checked the app everything had sprung to life lots of data. Not explored all the app and the data yet there is loads of it. Kept checking through the day, really useful notifications, more information every check there are tons of videos too. So for me a perfect ring, lightweight and comfortable, I chose the silver ring, looks really modern and more like a piece of jewellery than a gadget. Impressed and even though expensive definitely worth the purchase.

Ring arrived and it is too big.HR is inaccurate. But this could be related to the point above.

This is just a simple heart rate monitor & a very basic temperature monitor.The issues as I see it.As its bluetooth it wouldn't stay connected, even when sleeping within half a meter of my phone.I might have persisted but when I found that it needed charging almost every day, that was it.Basically its a gimmick, the algorithms they have for analysing the heart rate are at best very basic, if you want anything a little beter then start paying upwards of £5 / month for each feature.Honestly such a rip off.

First of all, get the sizing kit and spend at least a couple of days wearing the ring on your chosen finger. I went for the titanium finish, but it is is up to your preference. I have been blown away by the information that is available from the ring on the app. The app is worth a great deal in its self, you get much more than readings you get advice and quality tips. The more you wear the ultra human the accuracy increases. If like me you Wonder if it is worth it, you will not regret buying it. The fit is Identical to the sizing kit. Strava and Apple health & many other apps are compatible and the performance is second to none. A ring you can wear 24 hours a day and forget about, just put on charge every 2nd or 3rd shower and it’s going keep going. It even knows if I take a nap. My life has been improved by this product and the information provided in a very simple way that opens up into a very detailed explanation and plan.

Having purchased this in February I have had this 4 months now. The ring is expensive but worth every penny. The software that comes for the ring is free for life which is a huge advantage compared to other brands. There are lots of measurements taken throughout the day and night with lots of tips for how to improve your health. The software is updated regularly sometimes multiple times in a week with new features added all the time. My main reason for the purchase was mainly to improve my sleeping, which with the help and advice of the software I have managed to do. It's a purchase I am glad I have made and would recommend it to everyone. Battery life is about four days with regular use.

I’ve had my ring now for a month and I’m impressed with it.However the battery life isn’t as it states, I need to charge mine roughly every 3 days which is a bit of a pain.Other thing I’m hating is how hot it gets when it’s charging!!! This should be investigated by the company as this has to be a burn/fire risk surely?!I really like how informative the app is, and it’s comfortable to wear without looking like it’s standing out.I like this but I wouldn’t say it’s £320 worth currently

Excellent build quality, light and comfortable, easy to set up and the quality of data and health insights are excellent. Battery life is as expected. The best thing is no subscription charges. In summary this is a great product.

I have bought and worn fitbits, watches, and all sorts of cheap health trackers, but never got the habit to stick. So when my wife wanted to track her heart rate after a health scare, I went down the rabbit hole of HR trackers that would be suitable. I ended up getting her a fitbit, but made this purchase for myself, and it's good for me, but because I am very lazy and don't like to wear extras on my body.If you care about accuracy or precision of heart tracking, I would not recommend this ring. It does not do either well; it gives you a 15 minute range of HR tracking with min/max HR that it recorded. I occasionally see a flashing green light in dark settings when the ring is doing its measurement, but it happens maybe for 10 seconds every few minutes. Additionally, I cannot wear the ring during any workout that requires gripping weights. Rigid rings and barbells just don't get along well. I have to take it off when I go to the gym, which also defeats the purpose of fitness tracking.All things considered, I still wear the ring. A full charge lasts 5-6 days, and I really like the sleep tracking. I find it mostly accurate for wake times, but the REM tracking is probably not %100 accurate. If it were for all the reasons above, I'd give the ring 4 stars. But I've had the ring for 3 months, and I somehow cracked the ring despite barely wearing it during exercise. Upon contacting the customer service and showing the evidence, they quickly sent me another ring. I could not ask for better customer support. Unless their policy changes or they start focusing on subscriptions, I would not hesitate to recommend this product to anyone who remotely cares about their sleep quality and general daily well-being, but nothing too hardcore or specific.

Only one dislike. I used a friend's sizing kit and the corresponding ring was not the right fit. So there is a discrepancy. So I had to exchange it. From that point on, the best ever. I had an oura ring for a week and returned it to Oura. It was so uncomfortable to wear, I'd rather sleep with my Samsung Galaxy watch. Also the information given wasn't relatable enough for me to draw conclusions. As for the UH air..... It's great. Super comfy, the info is great and I am more.motivated than I have ever been to change patterns to improve my life. I started changing my sleeping habits, my caffeine intake ( the delay after awakening), pushed myself to change habits to increase my HRV pushed myself to do more sports..... All this in barely a week. Neither The smart watch nor the Oura ring got me there. I can only recommend this to anyone that's conscious of the impact of all these values on the quality of their life. So 100% value for money, sleek, comfortable and the app has great insights and is userfriendly. Of course, the fact that you don't have to pay a subscription is the icing on the cake. I love this ring. The app that comes with it provides detailed insights into wellness and fitness. It is also free, as in no subscription. I have used other fitness trackers, and this one goes above and beyond them all. I especially like Ultrahuman's attention to the importance of light in our lives and how it impacts sleep. In addition their suggestions about when using stimulants like caffeine can be beneficial, and when they won't is useful. There's lots of info about improving cardio fitness and sleep. The app is practical, easy to navigate and backed up by science. Thank you!
