I have a club player and 1 Rec player.They both love to use it at home.This set Strength is very light, easy to carry out to the field.The Weakness is thin and light too, they already broken one plastic ladder.We mostly use agility Ladder and cones. It's very helpful for improve the technical skills.

Great for dons football practice!

This makes a good starter kit for those needing agility training equipment. We took these out to the park to run some drills and they held up pretty well. The cones are very light and can be knocked around very easily especially if your trainees are not very coordinated or if it’s a windy day out. The jump rope is decent as it’s made with a steel cord and is adjustable. I wouldn’t say that it’s a high quality speed rope, but it is good as an extra spare or for beginners new to jumping rope. Be careful when packing up your agility ladder as it can easily get tangled.

This is a great set for a track athlete. My daughter uses it to stay in shape in the off season. It really helps her keep up her speed.She runs the 100 hurdles and the 300 hurdles. These 4 small hurdles are perfect for practice.The whole team uses the parachute and it has held up well to the use.The jump rope isn't used often but it is fine for a jump rope.This set is a good value for it's price.I really like the bag it comes in to keep it all together.

The product was as advertised, but just feels lacking. The parachute didn't seem to offer much resistance for my son (maybe it's more intended for a younger kid), and the cones are somewhat cheap feeling. Certainly works as a training tool, but there are going to be better (more expensive) ones out there.

I remember using this stuff in high school, and it includes some stuff that we also didn't have, like chutes. It's not real heavy duty, and I don't expect it to hold up over time, but if you're using it for a family and not a team, I think it will be a good way to get started and see if you like using this equipment.

This is a nice high-quality agility training set. I got this to expand our collection of training items that we use to create family obstacle courses, and it has been a great addition. The set comes packed compactly in a nice sturdy carry bag. The jump obstacles and small cones are plastic, so they are fairly lightweight but still reasonable sturdy. The agility ladder is awesome - I have another similar ladder which is much harder to use (the rungs slide up and down and the sides get tangled easily) and this one is WAY better since the rungs are permanently connected to the side fabric.The set also comes with a sprinting parachute and a jumprope. The jumprope is a really nice quality rubber rope with comfortable grip handles, though it is a bit longer than the average jumprope. I did find the extra length made solo jumping a little tricky but it was perfect for partner jumping. Overall very happy with this set.

You could do drills without these tools but its not as fun. Bought for the kids to enhance their off ice training. The ladder is better quality than other kits - the steps are fastened well to the sides. Everything is easy to pack up and store away in the carrying bag. A better bag would've been nice but the one included is ok.
