It's a okay chair. Definitely not worth the price. It starts making creaking noise while moving/rocking in the chair after 2 months of use. Cushion and padding are decent.

This chair was great for a few months, but after just under 6 months of daily usage, it has cracked in a way that is not repairable. Be warned there is no apparent way to contact this company for product support.The description for this product mentions a 5-year hassle-free repair service but there appears to be no way to claim this. Steer clear! Hard earned money down the drain.

Right size for petite (5'2") wife. Elevates for me too (5'11") Folding armrests and adjustable lumbar and headrest were just what we needed. Easy to assemble and lightweight! More affordable than others like it out there. Thank you for the 3 year warranty incentive as well!

This chair, as advertise, supports 350 lbs. I'm nowhere -near- that weight (240 lbs). Yet, less than 6 months after receiving and assembling, I sit down, hear a very worrying crackling sound, and fall to the hardwood floor of my office.Thankfully no injuries.The wood seat of the chair had splintered and the result may be seen in the included photo.Buyer Beware!Whatever the other reviews say, do NOT trust this chair!(that said, assembly was easy...hence 2 stars and not 1)
