Korean Honey Citron Tea - 2.2 Pound Jar

Tastes like a warm lemonade! My husband and I love this tea...we are on our third purchase (more bottles purchased at one time drops the shipping cost)Cons: the only one is this honey citron tea has no honey in it...if it was honey and citron I would rate it a five! I may anyway it's that lovely on a cold morning.Pros: what is great about this one over all the other brands offered on Amazon (except korean bene brand) is it contains only 2 ingredients: cane juice and citron...simple... there are no fillers like all the other brands on here with things like cellulose or odd preservatives that can lead to digestive issues long term.This "tea" is popular in Korea. It is used during cold flu season or when you are feeling run down as it's high in vitamin c (in the rind bits of citron in the marmalade) but it is great year round. It tastes like a warm lemonade and you can adjust to your taste using more or less based on your level of sweetness.Some people love the rind pieces in their drink some don't but they are good source of vitamin c. This can also be consumed as an iced tea cold. Or it also can added to your favorite green tea or other tea that would be complemented by the sweet citrus flavor.No tea in this! only Fruit and sugar cane. It's a sweeter drink so if you dont enjoy sweet tea or sweetened green or black tea, you probably wont want this it's like having tea with a dollop of honey. (Thus why it tastes yummy in your green tea or herbal tea.) Personally at first I thought the bits were a bit off putting now I love them so I keep my spoon nearby to eat them as I go.Keep jar in refrigerator as it can spoil.

Just what I was looking for!

We have heard from several sources that citron tea is amazing. This stuff is pretty good. Basically, it looks like a giant jar of marmalade. You heat a cup or so of water and add a spoonful or two and mix. Use what taste's good to you. It tastes like warm lemonade and it's pretty sweet but not too much so. The only thing I don't like is that there are pieces of rind floating in it so you are drinking solids as well. I wouldn't call it tea, as there isn't any tea in it. It's just OK for me, but my wife enjoys it.

I wish there was an option for auto delivery of this. I started drinking this in January for a cough and I'm hooked. I have it first thing in the morning.

This is so delicious! I first had it when a co-worker brought a jar to work. It has a delicate orange-ish flavor and is a great alternative to coffee or traditional tea.

One came broke too expensive

I absolutely love it and will reorder it again!
