Got fed up with the expensive over priced flexible RV sewage hoses that don’t last and leak poopwater all over like a lawn soaker hose. 3” Schedule 40 PVC pipe is a lot cheaper than even the cheapest flexible hose, and 1000 times more durable than the best flexible hose. Those hoses really don’t store well either and the ridges trap the nasty juices then leak everywhere while storing. I just strap the 2 10’ sections of rigid PVC right to the underside of my RV frame for transporting. Two 45 degree elbows allow you to adjust to any angle. A short throw 90 degree elbow and male threaded adapter connects me to the ground pipe. I also have a 3” PVC slip joint fitting that allows me to adjust length. All the pieces fit plenty tight enough that you don’t need to glue them, but a simple tap on the side allows you to easily take it back apart and it flushes out clean and easy. This adapter is the perfect solution to upgrading away from those garbage flex hoses without having to modify anything on your RV, works great.
