A must must buy.
The product is too good and this pretty little design is so beautiful and elegant. Very light weight. Whether a formal or an informal occasion, one can wear it with comfort.

Locking screws are tiny and not user-friendly
While Giva designs are good, however a key flaw is in the locking screws. they are so small in size that it is difficult to use them easily. One has to struggle to put them. This should be looked into. I stopped wearing my ear jewellery from GIVA because of this reason.

Very versatile product..and very beautifully designed

Never buy a GIVA product
Their pieces might look pretty but their quality is poor. Added frustration to the quality is their horrific customer support experience. I bought these earrings for my daughter in May and never tried to use them before Oct as I had reserved them for her. As soon as I tried to remove the backing from the earring for my daughter to wear, it's back stick (called post) broke. Since it was in the warranty period, I raised a complaint to their customer care for replacement during Oct. Since then, have been chasing them for a replacement order which they did not dispatch until new year. And that only happened after numerous follow-ups. So my recommendation is to not waste your money and precious time on this brand.
