LBXMed Kit Blow-Out Pouch

Poorly executed direct rip off of Blue Force Gear’s horizontal / slim ifak. I didn’t even bother to return it because... the garbage felt more appropriate.

Small & compact, good for main trauma items (Israeli bandage, tourniquet, scissors). Won’t fit a full IFAK load, but fits necessary items. I like it, made in Peru- not China, I’ll take it.

Arrived 2 days after I ordered it! Good quality and you can fit quite a bit, really slim over an issued ifak! Would order again for sure

Great kit, easy for anyone to get to and it doesn’t dig into your back and holds the important items and then some.

Very well constructed and durable. I do wish it was slightly larger though. It’s tough to get a cat tq to fit

The best IFAC pouch I’ve used for wearing in the small of the back when driving.

Seems to do the job, and i like that it has 2 methods of belt attachment, but my full blow out kit just barely fits into the pouch. Im curious to see what happens after a lot of shakes and jostles.
