Due to where I had my Dell Inspiron 3891 located (under a desk in a corner with zero airflow) I needed to bring the CPU temperatures down, as the stock Dell/Intel fan would go full turbo within minutes of playing simple arcade games online. I took some measurements and searched for something that would fit, and I came across the ID Cooling Frozn A400. Installation was easy with the included hardware - since I was removing the OEM heatsink I took the liberty of adding a small dab of thermal paste on the CPU before installing the A400.The refreshed thermal paste and the A400 together made a night-and-day difference - prior to installation my system was showing temps of around 45-48C, afterward not only was the system much quieter (the A400 fan is very quiet!) but my system temps dropped down to around 40C while gaming and down to as low as 32C at idle. Very good buy for under $30, and it made my Dell 3891 quiet and happy again!

I got this because I bought an AMD CPU/cooler combo and the wraith cooler that came with it was horrible on that particular CPU (5800xt) it ran at max speed so much and was so loud. I bought it because I didn't want to have to buy a cooler but I ended up buying one anyway!I bought this one, and it's excellent! Fits in my ITX case and works so much better than AMD's wraith cooler. So if you're looking for a small cooler that's better than the stock cooler, I recommend this if the dimensions work for you. Also the fans very quiet. I have 0 complaints and would definitely recommend it.

Kept my CPU cool, averaged upper 50s to 60s and never got above 72c when under load gaming. i7 12700f.

I can confirm I have successfully installed this on my HP Envy TE01-1134 and is working beautifully. Do not try to install the SE 224xt. It’s too big for this model and will not fit in the car of the HP Envy TE01-1134 as it is considered a mini case. I made that mistake already so you don’t have to. The one downside is it will not allow the disc drive to fit along side the a400. Now I am working without the disc drive which is ok for me because I do not use it in my work flow. This heatsink is far better than the stock heatsink. FYI my computer has a i7-10700 processor 10th gen with the 3 screw cover plate. You can use the original cover plate on the back of the motherboard as long as you use M3x16mm screws not included. Works like a charm. Hope this helps.

I like this model and the one with the two fans the most. Both are quiet and efficient, keeps the CPU cool as it should. Easy to install. Looks great through a clear side panel.

Keeps temps in the low 60s C. I did add a second fan, but temps and noise were both good even with a single fan. Included installation guide is easy to follow. Fits in a very compact case, it is shorter in height than my GPU.

Works perfectly! Did a stress test on a i5, and with factory cooler, couldnt finish without hitting over 95c. No other mods, just this cooler. Works great
