It works, I do want to share for those of you with hypothyroidism, this may interfere when doing labs to check on thyroid levels, does not interfere biologically, interferes with the way the lab reads levels, hard to describe, have to either stop taking prior to labs or ask doctor if taking this will interfere in blood results with the lab your using.Anyhow, it works, I see a difference in my hair and nails, my nails are stronger than they have been in a long time, I do not see me losing as much hair when combing through it, I see also some baby hairs coning in and my hair is growing faster.

I had ordered Biotin 5,000 mgs. The product delivered was Vitamins A & D. A barcode had been attached to the bottle that said Biotin 5,000 mgs. Of course, I called to return the product that was delivered. Will not try again.
