These are actually glass vases with an opaque gold plating that gives them a highly reflective, brassy metal-like finish (looks more silvery on the inner side but you won't really see this from afar). They are pretty little vases with a romantic, elegant look to them; they also have a nice weight to them and feel like good quality decorative pieces.
