This stuff works exactly as described. It's easy to insert and gets rid of any unpleasant odors while not disrupting the delicate pH balance of your vagina, unlike douching which is terrible for you. It has no scent, it's not harmful, and does not cause side effects. I recommend it to anyone who has an issue with odor (unless the odor is caused by BV, in which case you need to see a doctor and treat the underlying problem, not the symptom.)

Worked after using it just once! My period disrupts my PH balance but after just one use it was back to normal. Works fast, noticed a difference the next day.

Listen, I really did not want to write a review about this, but asked myself, "Why not? Women might not purchase it and miss out?"So here goes: I do not get many yeast infections and do not bave BV. But my gynecologist recommend this to me because I asked her what could cause a smell "down there" because I am very hygienic. She told me that it is very normal due to fluctuations in hormones and listed off what seemed to be 100 other different reasons.I use this on those occasions and the box says it lasts for three days, but it usually lasts a lot longer than that for me. I would suggest reading the box and following the instructions. I keep a box under my sink with my other feminine products. If you are on the fence, get it.

No one tells you that after you go through menopause you might not feel as "April fresh" as you'd like. This is something most women find out on their own and think they have some kind of infection. Apparently, it's very common and just a PH balance thing. I tried special washes in the shower and wipes, but they didn't help much. I have tried this gel once and it's amazing. There was no burning or any discomfort and it's very easy to use. I'm on day 3 and there is no scent emanating from my lady parts at all. I'm not sure about long time use, as I've only tried it once, but right now I'm very pleased.

Great when your pH is off. I like using boric acid suppositories, but they are not recommended during pregnancy and lactation. These are safe and work well.

I am using the product to correct PH, smell is not an issue. LOL. When the body has correct PH, it stays cleaner.
