Bidets that use both hot and cold water are a true relief for those who have used just the cold ones in the winter months.There was a bit of water already in the bidet when I had opened it, not sure how long that had been there so that was a bit of an unwelcome surprise.The installation instructions were no better than the product description with only a few photos, which meant you had to know what you were doing before starting.The threads that were included felt cheap in quality, so I replaced them with better ones which I had in my toolbox. This is crucial as the last thing you want is a leak which can prove to be a lot more expensive further down the line.Once ready though you have a very nice product that works practically well!

I've purchased two of these previously and they came a with lovely chrome hose. The company have no gone cheap with an awful grey plastic hose. I will be returning this as I don't like that they've gone cheap on what was a quality product.

The product is not as bad but the hot and cold water tends to fluctuate. At times while using it gets suddenly very hot. Has to be used with care. But easy to install

The hose and temperature options are great, good quality and easy to use. However, the spray part is a cheap flimsy plastic which would have without a doubt broken quickly. Had to replace with a separate, strong part.
