I bought this for my dogs skin as he injured himself and as it wasn't too severe (a scratch) I thought I'll try a natural antibiotic first rather than bother the vets. The amount of honey for price was more than expected and was easy enough to mix in with his food/put on a treat. And right enough its natural antibiotic properties worked! The small amount of infection was soon relieved (along with keeping it cleaned.) and his itchy patch on his belly also cleared up. I'm not a honey fan myself but my husband tried it and said that it was really good, only coming second to our local honey, but he believes it's sweeter. Definetly high quality honey!

The taste as Honey is different than usual honey but superb let alone the health benefits and its value for money that encourages to continue buying it and enjoying its benefits ‼️🌹🌺👍

This egmont honey is one of the best I've ever tried and that's saying quite a bit .can't be beat a jar of amazing Manuka multifloral. Its great in milkshakes and such like (I'm hooked every jar taste different but still just as good as the last no added rubbish. Very happy)

This manuka honey is 100% natural and I like the fact that it is packaged in a recyclable, sealed plastic jar. The seal was actually quite difficult to remove and I had to cut it off rather than pull it off. The honey is a nice rich amber colour, with an enticing aroma and it tastes flavoursome and sweet. The nice thick consistency is perfect for spreading on hot buttered toast. I did not really know anything about the MGO values of manuka honey, but my research revealed: . MGO stands for methylglyoxal. Methylglyoxal is a naturally-occuring compound found in raw honey, and is the main factor associated with its beneficial antibacterial and antioxidant properties. The MGO rating on a jar of manuka honey indicates its content; the higher the rating, the more methylglyoxal in that batch. So at 40+, this honey’s MGO rating is relatively low as I have seen scores of over 1000, but it also means that you can enjoy the taste and some of the health benefits of Methylglyoxal without breaking the bank.
