I love Mrs. Dash products. The ability to put a spicy blend in the pot or pan without making it so hot that the kids won't eat it is perfect--"zing" not "burn". For hypertension or healthy, salt-limited diets, Mrs. Dash is unbeatable since the whole line of products is salt-free!
