The Kale, Quinoa and Red Lentil is tasty with 2 Tbsp of corn or dehydrated corn mixed in. Just ok without it. Ingredients seem pretty healthy and not as many carbs as other soups.

Delicious and less expensive than in my local stores.

I just love this quinoa and red lentil soup. This is my favorite soup of all time, out of all the Amy's soups, and out of any kind of soup on the market. I honestly could eat it every day. It has a unique taste that I can't pinpoint, even though I cook with spices a lot. It had a zip to it, kind of tangy, and slightly reminds me of campbells bean & bacon, in a SLIGHT way. I even fed a spoonful to a toddler who said 'mmmmm" and walked away, then returned for more, again and again! However, I would have to say I had another relative try it, and they instantly disliked it, which shocked me. So, I would say you will either love it or hate it. I buy 12-packs at a time, Amazon usually has a very good deal on Amy's quinoa soup. I make sure I am never out of stock. Would HIGHLY recommend!
